Welcome New Advisory Board Members

As we are getting closer to our official launch, we have developed more relationships with industry professionals. I am happy to introduce the newest members of our advisory board and look forward to their contributions to the Escape Studios experience.

With over 20 years of experience as a VFX artist and Supervisor, Chris Holmes is now the President and CEO of ICO VFX. Chris began his career with posts at other well-respected studios including Cinesite, Rhythm & Hues, The Post Group, Photon and Gray Matter FX.

Jason Cohon began his career learning the agency and client perspective of commercial production at Rubin Postaer and Associates. He then spent the next six years behind the camera producing music videos, tabletop shoot and live events.  Before joining Brand New School, Jason held several producer positions including his post-production stint at Digital Domain.

Janelle Croshaw got an early start to the industry while interning in college as a Generalist.  With a portfolio across episodic television, commercials, music videos and film, Janelle has worked for highly recognized studios including Digital Domain, Method, Zoic and ILM.

Chris Edwards career has flourished with previsualiztion opportunities as a 3D Artist and Animator while he held positions at Disney Feature Animation and Skywalker Ranch. Now as CEO and Creative Director of THE THIRD FLOOR, Chris’s credits include Valkyrie, Beowulf, Star Trek, Iron Man 2, Avatar and Alice in Wonderland to name a few.

Zoic’s CFO, Tim McBride has over 25 years experience as a specialist in operations, finance and accounting. Tim has held consulting assignments with business owners and senior management including business acquisitions and divestitures, internal control issues, and short and long-term strategic planning.
