Want a Solid Foundation in the realm of 3D?

You’ve got to take your hat off to the people who do the part-time evening courses at Escape. This is the course that people choose when they need to schedule their learning around other life commitments… and those life commitments usually involve full-time work.

This is the course that people choose when they need to schedule their learning around other life commitments… and those life commitments usually involve full-time work. So for 30 weeks, the majority of these students balance their full-time day jobs around 6 hours of tuition, two nights a week.
And with that in mind, imagine my delight when VFX tutor and Head of 3D at Escape, Mark Spevick, mentions to me that he’s particularly proud of the Maya Core class who recently graduated. That pride stems from many elements I’m sure, but a lot of it I imagine is down to the work they have produced over the course of their studies. And anyone learning Maya will agree that it’s no walk in the park.
And so with no further ado, it is with great pleasure that I share the following Maya Core evening class course projects with you. Imagine the weekends, long nights and early morning that this group have put into creating this work. The dedication gone into learning this software is inspiring, and I only hope that doing this course has brought them closer to where they want to be.

So for 30 weeks, the majority of these students balance their full-time day jobs around 6 hours of tuition, two nights a week.

And with that in mind, here's a class that our Head of 3D, Mark Spevick, told us about. Mark was particularly proud of this 3D Foundation class, who all graduated at the end of 2012. That pride stems from many elements I’m sure, but a lot of it I imagine is down to the high quality of work they have produced over the course of their studies. And anyone learning Maya will agree that it’s no walk in the park.

And so with no further ado, it is with great pleasure that I share the following 3D Foundation evening class course projects with you. Imagine the weekends, long nights and early morning that this group have put into creating this work. The dedication gone into learning this software is inspiring, and I only hope that doing this course has brought them closer to where they want to be. If you share the same passion as these students and want to hone these skills in your free time, head over to our 3D Foundation Course page for more info on joining us at Escape HQ!
