VFX - want to see how it's really done?

Fancy taking a peak behind the VFX scenes at Framestore's cinema? Framestore are one of the biggest post houses operating on Soho (London's VFX Hub...) today. They've worked on everything from The Golden Compass to Avatar to the Skyfall titles). We're conducting our last Open Day of the year there next Wednesday and we're rather excited about it!

As well as the standard festivities associated with events this time of year (The mince pie and mulled wine affair) the Open Day is going to kick off with Framestore's guest speak talking about his work on the awesome Skyfall titles. He's also an Escape graduate so will be chatting about his rise to the top - dishing out some handy tips and tricks he's learned along the way.

This is what the agenda is for the afternoon is looking like:

Format of the Open Days

3.30PM - Welcome & Christmas nibbles
3.45PM - Sizzle Reel - Senior guest speaker explains what it's all about
4.00PM - Intro to Escape - Facilities Video Tour
4.45PM - What's an escapee? The Escapees explain their experience first hand and what it's like once you get into the industry
5.00PM - Drinks in Soho at secret location

If you want to know more about getting into VFX or what it's like to be an artist first hand, reserve your place here.
