Back in February the lovely Tim Flett posted the news that Chaos Group were soon to be releasing an update for V-Ray 2.0 for 3ds Max 2013…well ladies and gentlemen today is that day.
This week sees the much anticipated release of V-Ray for 3ds Max 2013 with all the bells and whistles and host of new features and modifications. With additional features like new shading features, Ornatrix 2.0 support, matte for reflection/refraction options, support for motion blur in ActiveShade mode and as a production renderer.
And this is just the new stuff! Modifications include support for motion blur of V-Ray mesh lights, increased speed for dynamic geometry and reduced memory usage. Chaos Group have even released an online tutorial to give you a little sneak preview before your version arrives.
