After a busy year of new course launches, we now have Visual Effects and Compositing training to suit everyone, whether that’s Classroom Training or Online Mentored study. We know what you need to learn but also understand that everyday life can sometimes make this difficult. This is why we’ve tackled this head on and ensured that our training is flexible and works for you.
Breaking into the Industry
Our 12 and 18 week Full-time classroom courses in VFX and Compositing are the quickest route to an industry standard skillset, an impressive showreel and ultimately, a job. This year we added the new 18 week Compositing Professional course which gave us the first opportunity to teach MARI in one of our full-time courses, as well as our 18 Week VFX Animation Professional where we're now teaching Houdini.
Our 20 and 30 week evening classroom courses in Maya, VFX and Compositing allow students to continue to work or study full-time and get access to the classroom experience. Our evening courses have gone from strength to strength and this year we doubled our capacity by teaching on Mondays Wednesdays as well as Tuesdays and Thursdays. Evening Courses are set to expand in the New Year so watch this space.
Online Mentored Training
Finally our 40 week Online Mentored Courses in VFX and Compositing are perfect for those of you who are not able to travel to London, or live outside of the United Kingdom. This online training gives students access to the same course curriculum and expert tutors through a flexible eLearning platform that allows study to be done in your own time from home. After the successful launch in late 2010 of the VFX Mentored Course, we added Compositing to the schedule. The feedback we have received from the first few sets of students has been incredible, and we can't wait to see the success of those students realised in their showreels in the coming months. The platform allows us to constantly update the training content on these courses and we’ll have a new and updated curriculum for both of these next year.
Our courses are constantly under review and we have a lots planned for 2012 so make sure you keep an eye on our newsletter for the latest announcements. If you'd like to speak with one of our training team about what course might work best for you, drop us an email.
