The Results Are In for CG Whiz 2011

That’s right folks, after a nailbiting two weeks the CG Whiz judging is a wrap! The votes are in and the winners have been decided...but you’ll have to wait until the 14th December to find out who they are!

We will be announcing all our winners at Escape Studios' London headquarters, December 14 and The CG Whiz Reveal Event. It promises to be a great night with a room packed with press attendees, our diligent judging panel, the whole Escape Studio team, past competition winners as well as our fantastic sponsors from Autodesk, CGSociety, HP, The Mill, 3D Artist and Digital Artist. 

The calibre entries this year was truly astounding and proved to us what a serious level of undiscovered talent there is in the CG community. We received more than four thousand votes on Facebook for our first ever Viewer’s Choice awards and accepted more 200 entries for the competition in total -- making this year’s event our most successful to date. 

We want to thank everyone who took part in this year’s CG Whiz competition and offer another big thanks to everyone who voted.
