Salar Saleh is a Senior Lighting Technical Director at Charlex in New York City working on film and commercial projects.

After graduating Magna Cum Laude from UCLA, Salar landed himself Digital Artist roles at notable Los Angeles studios such as Station X Studios, DreamWorks and Digital Domain. Prior to joining Charlex, he served two posts as a Lighting Supervisor and then Digital Supervisor at Rhythm & Hues. During these stints, Salar added his expertise to films such as: The Chronicles of Narnia, Happy Feet, Superman Returns, The Golden Compass, and Fast and Furious.

Salar is credited on several Oscar award-winning films, and he was nominated for a Visual Effects Emmy for Spielberg Presents: Taken.
