RealFlow’s Version 5 has just been released, and we are quite excited about some of the new features and improvements our friends at NextLimit have made.
There are some pretty cool and impressive improvements on V4, including the addition of a new piece of technology called Hybrido which lets you simulate large bodies of water with sophisticated secondary effects like splashes, foam and mist. I am reliably informed that it is the only product on the market to do that. Pretty neat.
NextLimit have used the latest technology for creating amazing fluid simulation which means RealFlow can now do everything from a single drop of water to a massive tsunami crashing across a beach, sweeping debris in its wake. No wonder it has been used in loads of movies like “Avatar”, “District 9”, “2012”, “GI Joe”, and “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”. You can get the lowdown on the new features here.
