Earlier today I came across Proteigon (video above), a fantastic short film directed by Steven Briand during a two month internship with Partizan.
Get ready to be blown away by this great little number, created with little more than a camera, some paper, and an impressive understanding of geometry. As far as I'm concerned this is just another great example of how you don’t need big budgets to make entertaining, flawless videos. I'm loving the relationship between the simplic style that lets us focus our attention on the tiniest gestures, while synchronised beautifully with a pumpin soundtrack composed by Omar & Nodey.
A stop-motion masterpiece.
