Even though there’s a few months until its launch, there’s a palpable buzz around Rockstar’s latest venture, LA Noire. A new trailer has just been released, which you can see on Develop, and it looks simply amazing.

I really like the idea of the motion scan technology, and the ability to read characters' emotions in the game. It promises a really immersive gaming experience.

It looks like I’m not alone in my anticipation for LA Noire – on Twitter @Brad_CB and @NineTwoTwo are also looking forward to it, with the latter also keen to see what DC Universe Online is like. To be honest, there are a bunch of games coming up that I’m keen to get my hands on, each offering different playing experiences. It looks like 2011 is set to be a great year for gamers.
