Los Angeles, We’re Here and Getting Our Campus Up and Running

We’ve made our way to Los Angeles and are finding our way around now. The city is fantastic and the people are interesting and exciting. We have a new campus in the process of being built out and are truly excited to show our new students the finished product.

One of the first things we are doing is studio tours. I’m hoping our Escape followers, future students and new friends will stop by to get to know us better and take a tour of our new classrooms or The Mill’s studio where we are currently staying until the new campus is finished. I’d like to say thanks to our friends at The Mill for sharing their space with us. They have been truly accommodating and helpful. They are a bunch of remarkable people.

We’ve hired some great people to be a part of our team here and we are all looking forward to our first days in the office and the start of a new year of classes. Joe Kelly has come across the pond to join us here as admission counselor and we have industry legend and our new academic director, Tad Leckman on staff to help teach our VFX course. Susan O'Neal is working hard to keep us all on task as operations director. It’s a good bunch of people so make your way over for a coffee and a chat if you can.

The next couple of months will no doubt be very busy, but we’re building something fun and amazing. I can’t wait to see our first batch of students begin their careers here in the U.S. We’re excited about our new Escape Studios adventure and hope you are too.
