Autodesk Maya 2008 Extension 2 software gives artists enhanced creative control over polygon modeling and UV texturing, so that they can achieve superior results faster. Additionally, the recently released Maya® Muscle toolset has undergone enhancements that make it easier yet for animators and technical directors to achieve life-like skin motion.

Like other Autodesk extension releases, Maya 2008 Extension 2 – available exclusively to Autodesk® Subscription customers with Gold support – enables those who have locked-down pipelines to apply the latest Maya functionality to their current projects.

Maya 2008 Extension 2 is a full version of Maya that includes the fixes in Maya 2008 Service pack 1 and updated documentation.
