Escape & Media Skills taking Maya to Birmingham in April

Escape Studios is getting ready to take its show on the road this spring with 'Escape to Birmingham' in association with Media Skills, an industry-led training facility that runs professional courses on the latest media.

The event will be held on Saturday 28th April as an open day designed to introduce our courses to those who are new to the world of visual effects.

Tutors from each key area of training at Escape, including Escape's Training Development Director Lee Danskin, and 3D specialists Dotti Colvin and Dean Wray, will guide attendees on the possibilities of using the Oscar-winning 3D animation package Maya in visual effects, characters and games.

Visitors to the Open Day will then have the opportunity to be first to sign up for Escape's hugely successful 6-week Maya Core course being run in Birmingham this summer.
