What is Visualisation?
3D visualisation brings objects, buildings and environments to life through the use of computer graphics, allowing artists to give their clients a glimpse of what the product or building will look like.
Who is this course aimed at?
This course is for artists who want to develop the skills for a career in design visualisation. It assumes a basic knowledge of 3D, some familiarity with Photoshop and no prior knowledge of 3ds Max is necessary.
What will I study on the course?
You will use 3ds Max Design 2009, Adobe Photoshop CS4 and Mental Ray, to model, texture, light and render a photo-realistic scene. You will build interior and exterior models, learn how to replicate wood, concrete and glass and use Mental Ray to create professional level images.
