“I believe CG is an art as much as any other. I also believe that Escape Studios gives the perfect start to any artist wanting to kick start their career in games.” said Simon who designs and teaches our games courses.
His experience means that all our students are in the ideal position to learn the essential tips and tricks that are part of the success of any games artist. After studying Fine Art, Simon made the jump to computer graphics at Bits Studios which was the beginning of a 13 year career that would lead him to Escape Studios.
Back in 1997 he started at Sony’s London Studio to work in senior and lead positions on nine published titles. Simon's experience spans environments to characters and animation and he has worked on projects including 'Total NBA '97', 'TIF', 'Getaway Black Monday', 'Kinetic', 'Kinetic Combat' and 'Home'.
