Goal! Escape graduate stays on at The Mill

We see our graduates find work all over the place, for companies big and small, and The Mill is one of the latest to recognise the value of our training.

The Mill, which has worked on huge projects such as 'Dr Who', 'Torchwood', '28 Weeks Later' and countless adverts,  got in touch with Escape’s Jobs team about an ongoing freelance placement. They needed an animator/3D artist and one of our graduates, Sergio Xisto, sprang to mind.

Sergio had already done some work in the Escape Pods, our outsourcing facility, so we knew he’d be able to handle whatever The Mill wanted and he was thrown in at the deep end with a massive architectural visualization project they'd been awarded.

Well, he must have impressed them because The Mill decided to keep Sergio on and he's worked on serveral projects, currently applying his skills to a Nike commercial matching live football action with CG stadiums and 2D plates of real crowds.
