What do you need to be able to do to get a job in visual effects?
You need to be able to create CG elements and combine them with live-action to create a photo-realistic final sequence. On the course you’ll learn how to do exactly that. We’ll teach you how to create your 3D elements and integrate them seamlessly into footage.
You’ll complete the course by using all of your newly acquired skills to produce a visual effects shot that will demonstrate your expertise to a potential employer. The techniques you’ll develop are appropriate for artists wanting to work in film, commercials or broadcast television visual effects. What’s more, when you complete the course our recruitment team will be on hand to discuss the various job opportunities available to you.
This course was developed by our Training Development Director, Lee Danskin. Lee has worked in visual effects for 16 years and was recently recognised by Autodesk as an official Maya Master.
