Double Negative, The Mill and Framestore Mentor Escape Studios Students

Just want to say a Big Thank You to Double Negative, Framestore and The Mill for the fantastic help you've given our students on the first stage of our industry mentored classroom courses here at Escape Studios.

Over the past two weeks our escapees on the current VFX and Compositing courses have been out meeting their mentors. We have been lucky enough to have had a behind the scenes tours of Double Negative, Framestore and The Mill and our students have had one to one chats with: Robert Homes Head of the Games Department at the Mill, Marc Rice Head of Paint and Roto at Framestore and Alex Wuttke joint Head of 3D at Double Negative. It was so great to have everyone take so much time out to talk to all of our students individually about past and current projects. This new initiative of top creative companies mentoring individual courses here at Escape is still in the early stages but already it's had a big impact. I'm really excited to see the next stage in the mentoring process and some of the great work that it will inspire our students to create.

We are also happy to announce that MPC mentoring the Compositing Course in in May.

If anyone would like to know more about theses courses, just get in touch.
