Darin Grant is the Chief Technology Officer of Digital Domain Media Group. Previously, he served as DreamWorks Animation’s Head of Production Technology from January 2005 to 2011. Prior to that, Darin worked in various positions at Digital Domain for 10 years, ultimately serving as Digital Domain’s Director of Technology. He is an active participant in SIGGRAPH, including serving as the Computer Animation Festival Chair in 2003 and the Director of Production Communities in 2008.

Darin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Harvey Mudd College, is a member of the Visual Effects Society and is currently serving on the Digital Imaging Technology Sub-Committee of the Scientific and Technical Awards Committee for the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences.
